I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was super helpful and kind, meeting all of my needs. The hotel facilities were modern and clean. The location was great, being somewhat away from the tourist areas but still not too far from everything. It was pretty close to the main attractions of the city, within walking distance. The breakfast provided was good and the beds were very comfortable. I had a wonderful experience.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with reasonable prices and great attention to detail. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with a tram stop right outside and the city centre within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay. The rooms may be small, but they are well-designed and have comfortable beds with good pillows. Plus, having breakfast included is a fantastic bonus.
The front desk staff should improve their reservation system.

My recent stay at Hampton was perfect. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and conveniently located. The room was super clean and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, giving me the best night's sleep in a while. The shower was also amazing. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a fantastic experience.
One small inconvenience was a stained mat in the hotel room and a used cup left in the fridge. the staff addressed the issue promptly when I reported it.

The hotel is conveniently located near bus and tram stops, making it easy to get to the main attractions of the city. It is also close to the city centre, allowing for easy access to everything. The rooms are well-equipped with facilities such as a kettle, tea/coffee, and fridge, and are kept clean by the excellent housekeeping services. Breakfast offers a great selection of hot and cold items, with a friendly staff member like Kelly providing exceptional service.
The pillows were a bit too soft for my liking.
